Position Summary:
The Senior Manager role is a strategic finance partner to the Lab Modality leaders supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic guidance for the Lab Modalities. The Senior Manager regularly presents financial results, analyses, and strategic recommendations to the Lab Operations leadership team and plays a key role in shaping lab operations decisions by translating Modality operational performance into financial outcomes. The Senior Manager leads finance activities for Modality Lab Operations, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and investment strategy.
Responsibilities:
- The role is highly visible to operations leadership and central to all aspects of cost management and the financial performance of our lab modality operations teams
- Financial business partner to Modality leaders of the Clinical labs
- Lead and report out recurring FP&A responsibilities, including the annual operating plan (budget), monthly forecast and 5-year plan for the Lab Modality Operations teams
- Drive ongoing process improvement and automation to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the Lab Modalities
- Create financial models for Lab Modality investments and savings, including calculation of return on investment and payback period
- Review of monthly financials and KPIs related to the Lab Modalities and support function operations in accordance with company policies and US GAAP
Experience & Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year university.
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in FP&A support.
- Highly proficient in Excel with a solid knowledge of data manipulation and model building; and proficient in Tableau dashboard utilization.
- Proactive attitude and taking initiative to engage and align with executive leaders
- Proven success supporting business partners, with prior experience supporting information technology departments considered a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $135,960 - $ 203,940 + annual bonus
In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
